"All I know is that I know nothing" said Socrates, according to Plato's accounts of his life. This sentence is close to my heart as it reminds me that I often need to unlearn what I already know in order to keep an open mind and fully listen, learn and embrace new ideas. Beyond the qualifications, experience and honours below which I have worked hard to earn, I see myself mostly as a lifetime learner (and 'unlearner') who has decided to support other human beings by partnering with them in thought-provoking and creative dialogues that inspire them to design their life and career and unfold their personal and professional potential.

I managed teams of legal professionals and lawyers for several years at a few large international IT companies. I supported the growth of my teams and other teams through hiring, coaching and mentoring and by helping to roll out global coaching and mentoring programs.

2008 - "Be Counted" Global Google Award.
2019 - Included in the "Legal500 GC Powerlist - 2019", a list of the most influential in-house lawyers in Ireland.
